Nutritious lunch for 1,367 Ugandan school children

I hope this message finds you well. We are thrilled to share an exciting update on the impact of your support for our lunch program at entebbe primary school. Thanks to your generosity, students have resumed classes with enthusiasm, and we are delighted to announce that we successfully achieved last year's goal of keeping students in class with zero dropouts.

The tangible outcomes of your support are evident as we witness the return of motivated and engaged students to the classrooms.

Thanks to your generous support, Tender Grassroots continues to run the lunch program at Entebbe primary school, providing meals to 1,367 students, and we have expanded this program to offer food to families taking care of orphaned children in the community.

School has resumed starting the third term.  To date there have been no drop out, absenteeism has significantly reduced.  There is a waiting list for students wanting to register at Entebbe primary school. They also have clean, safe drinking water.
