Today, the world is celebrating Universal Healthcare Coverage Day. As a global pandemic is persistently redefining every aspect of our future; as key healthcare players and right to health advocates are reminding governments of their pledges for #HealthForAll; our team at Shamseya is taking this work to new grounds of implementation.
We’re enrolling families in health insurances, supporting communities in restructuring their relationships with their local healthcare providers; we’re giving people access to treatment, enabling others to have a voice that shapes how healthcare policies are made; we’re tabling complaints, filing law suits, providing information, raising awareness; we’re handling bureaucracy and supporting families in their quest for healthcare services that are appropriate, affordable and effective.
Today we are expanding our reach, partnering with local NGOs to support more families and planning for a new year of grand work that will taking our impact to the a new depth.
