The month of July for Tanzanian children marks the beginning of the last quarter of the school year. These are months of hard work for everyone. Many boys and girls of Malaika attend high schools, so they have returned to their boarding schools; three of the older girls are completing Form5 so that they can choose subjects in preparation for university.
Primary school children attend daily school and continue to live in Malaika. Anyway, they leave at 6 am and return only after sunset; Malaika is empty during the day, and you miss the dances and songs.
These three youngest children of Malaika in the photo had their first day of baby school in July. Of course, they are very excited, but even we, who have seen them grow day after day and, now see them in uniform, ready for the start of their training, and we are astonished and proud.
Enjoy your education, children! It's the most precious gift you can receive from our sponsors.
We send a warm thank you to our donors who allow Malaika project to go on.
Best regards
