We are excited to announce that we have acquired a beautiful piece of land to create a children's wellness center in Delta State, Nigeria. With 10 acres at our disposal, we will dedicate 4 plots to this incredible initiative! This has been a dream in the making, and we need your support to bring it to life. Our mission is to transform this land into a flourishing foundation for the wellness center. The community on this island in Delta State is home to over 600 children facing hardship.
There are over 2,000 children living on the islands outside Warri mainland, and their situation is incredibly heart-wrenching. These islands off the coast of Delta State face significant challenges when it comes to accessing timely medical assistance for sick children. The lack of basic necessities makes every day a struggle, and the dire economic conditions only add to their hardships. Tragically, many children lose their lives every day simply because they do not receive the help.
The VSCWC is poised to bring immense hope and joy to the community it serves. With great enthusiasm, the residents eagerly anticipate the establishment of a dedicated children's medical facility, which will significantly improve healthcare access for the young population on the islands off the coast of Warri, Delta State. This center is expected to address critical health needs, provide essential medical services, and support the overall well-being of children while fostering a healthier future.
We aim to establish a comprehensive medical facility that addresses both the physical and mental well-being of children. In addition to providing essential medical care, the center will serve as a long-term safe haven, ensuring that children's daily needs are met in a stable environment. Furthermore, the VSCWC will offer educational programs, such as first aid classes, empowering children to become self-sufficient and capable of assisting themselves and others.
