These last months of the year, we have achieved two additional crops in the community garden, located in the school of La Aurora, where around 16 families have participated in its planting and care.
89 families received fruit and vegetable meals weekly and with them, tips and important information for their training in healthy eating.
The nutritional screening reports show a reduction of 3 points in children with overweight, going from 33% to 30% and a reduction of 1.7 points in children with mild malnutrition. The number of children with adequate weight increased by 2.8 points and these results encourage us to continue supporting families to find sustainability in their nutritional food security.
We ended the year with many projects for 2022 and wishing to expand the impact on this population.
Thank you all very much for the support you gave us during the year and we hope to be able to count on you again soon.
