One of the main objective of this project is to enable atleast one child per most vulnerable the family to attend a formal education.
Empwerement is one of the core values of Cosma, and among the beneficiaries of One child education per family project in Uganda is James!
James comes from a humble background of family of 8 children from Kyotera district in Uganda, the family was abandoned by one of their father and remained in custody of their single mother.
James was picked by one of Cosma friends who took over his sponsorship since primary one. In 2015 this sponsor changed citizenship to another country and was unable to continue with his sponsorship obligation but he was faithful enough that he looked for Cosma to take over James sponsorship.
James has been sponsored by Cosma since his form four and is now in his 2nd year as a student of bachelors of education at Kyambogo University, one of top University in Uganda
His goal is to be an educationist by setting up a school that can take care of vulnerable children to go school and change the lives of their families
Cosma looks for such high potential vulnerable children to change the lives of their families and communities.
We look forward to more sponsors to take care of more children like James.
