Our All Schools programme in Israel has now been expanded to 18 schools in the country and has been incorporated into school curriculum. Our primary focus is to maintain and support the current activities and the children who participate in them, although we hope to expand the programme into further schools in the future.
We base our sessions on the rugby values of discipline, integrity and respect in order to instil positive change both on and off the field. Furthermore, we are training PE teachers across 3 regions in tag rugby, so that even more children have the chance to learn and play the game with their peers.
We are pleased to say that our Co-existance Programme will be launched in 8 schools in Haifa and Tel Aviv. The children will be able to participate in a tag rugby session every week, as well as a joint session with four other schools in the city stadium.
