Winters over and we are ramping up

By Simon Kaiwai | Leader

We are finally into a planting season following a dry and cold winter.  To take advantage in this natural cycle we have been focusing on expanding our infrastructure including a.bathroom, kitchenette and sleeping block.

Our present volunteers have been assisging with this and we are starting to put planting into the mix. The asperagus is lookong awesome.

We learnt that the bokashi leechate has a shelf life of 2 months and are atarting the mother cultures anew.

Our mission with these products is to help the entire region go organic. We are starting to use a scientific approach with the aim of making the farm sustainable and impactful.

I apprecaite all of your support.

Simon
