In today's digital era, the need for web developers is universal, and the ever-evolving technological landscape has reshaped the job market, creating an unending demand for skilled developers. In Argentina, where a prolonged economic crisis have limited work opportunities especially among the less privileged, and informality has reached alarming levels among youth, the IT sector is booming.
Our commitment at Fundación Integrar is to provide opportunities for motivated and intelligent underprivileged youth to access higher education. We offer scholarships tailored to different aspirations: those pursuing college degrees can apply to Becas Integrar, and for those who aspire to become developper, IntegrarTEC provides high-intensity training that allows them to quickly acquired the necessary skills to enter the workforce.
IntegrarTEC 2023 marks another milestone with the graduation of 15 young individuals. Their 120-hour expert training in Web Full Stack development concluded with a celebration at our office on Wednesday, November 9. Leading software company owners, IT talent recruiters, and inspiring speakers were present. Three alumni from IntegrarTEC 2022 spoke passionately about how our program empowered them to shape careers fueled by innovation, underscoring the transformative impact of our initiatives.
To ensure our graduates are job-ready in the highly competitive sector, a complementary 60-hour boot camp in JavaScript allows them to acquire practical and specific know-how on the most popular programming language. To further enhance their employability, the training culminates in a three-day workshop where experienced IT recruiters provide invaluable advice on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, coaching, soft skills development, and mock interviews. We believe that these additional elements are crucial in shaping well-rounded professionals.
In the challenging scenario of the Argentinian crisis, Fundación Integrar remains a catalyst for change, bridging the gap between potential and opportunity.
