In our commitment to building our graduates workforce readiness through experience, we've teamed up with Grupo MSA, an Argentine company specializing in Unconventional Software for Critical Processes, with over 20 years of expertise.
Two IntegrarTEC2023 alumni have embarked on roles as software testers, and four others enthusiastically participated in "FUNDE.MOS Week," a dynamic two-week challenge focused on crafting software for an electoral process. This immersive project allowed them to improve their technical skills and experience the strength of interdisciplinary collaboration, navigating through every stage of the project with guidance from their team leaders.
As part of our ongoing commitment to program enhancement, we conduct continuous evaluations. Last year, we pinpointed a concerning dropout rate within the IntegrarTEC program, stemming from differing levels of initial knowledge among entrants. To tackle this issue, we've revamped our selection process. We've introduced a pre-test assessing computer knowledge, followed by an exam post-leveling course.
With a staggering 645 applications vying for just 30 spots, the competition was intense. However, after thorough deliberation, we've identified 40 promising candidates for the 2024 IntegrarTEC leveling course.
After the closing assessment, this year's scholarship recipients will start the FullStack boot camp.
