In Sumba, Nusa Tenggara Timur, SMA Katolik St Yosep Pekerja Manola had no access to clean water. Students and teachers had to rely on rainwater, and often, students had to carry heavy buckets from the nearest water source, which was far from the school. This daily struggle not only took time away from their studies but also affected their health and well-being.
Despite these challenges, the school community’s spirit remained strong. They believed that with a little help, their situation could improve.
Thanks to the contributions from our generous donors, we were able to install a clean water system at SMA Katolik St Yosep Pekerja Manola. Now, students no longer have to carry buckets or depend on rainwater. They have access to safe, clean water right at their school, making a world of difference in their daily lives.
The story of SMA Katolik St Yosep Pekerja Manola is just one example of how small contributions can create significant changes. Many other schools across Indonesia face similar challenges. With your continued support, we can extend this opportunity to many more schools, ensuring that every child has access to clean water.
Let's work together to provide clean water access to every school in Indonesia. Together, we can build a brighter, healthier future for our children.
Sincerely,
David
