1.) HIRING OF MORE PROFESSIONAL SPECIAL NEED TEACHERSThe school will afford to hire 1 special for every 5 special need children,which requires 28 teachers in total.
2.) ORGANIZE REGULAR TRAINING TO REFINE THE TEACHING SKILLS FOR THESE PROFESSIONALS.
Marked academic performance for the special need children and subsequent qualification to graduate to mainstream.
3.) CONDUCT ADVOCACY TRAINING AND CARRY OUT AWARENESS SESSIONS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF INCLUSION EDUCATION.
Enrollment of special need children in the neighbouring primary school after completion of the ECD program.
4.)CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL CLASSROOMS TO MEET THE DEMAND OF THE INCLUSIVE LEARNING.
Increased numbers of enrollment each term.
5.) BUYINH ADVANCE LEARNING MATERIALS AND SPECILIZED EQUIPMENT TO AID IN THE ECD EDUCATION AND THERAPY PROGRAM.
Faster growth and development as a reult of advance therapy treatment and higher agrades in cademics.
6.) Improved growth and development by the special need children,ability to interact with others in the community.
More main stream school will embrace the children who are able differently and willing to enrol them in there schools,who graduate successfully,
