They’ve done it! Our summer session participants have all secured employment! We are so grateful to our Employment Partners, Starbucks and Nordstrom, who have helped make this all possible. The Perfect Inc. team is so proud to have been able to support these ladies as they keep moving forward. A stable job can make all the difference and we’ll be here when they’re ready for the next steps too, whether that be a promotion, a new job, school, or even creating their own business.
I want to tell you about Veronica. She completed her internship with HR in Motion, LLC., helping to build the organization's 2022 content strategy by conducting research on potential clients and writing blogs - a task she was a little nervous about, but having set her mind to it, Veronica really went above and beyond. You’ll see those posts on the HR in Motion website blog in the months to come. Turns out that a little confidence boost can go a long way, but we already knew that because that’s what we here at Perfect Inc. are really in the business of doing - building confidence and squashing stigma.
Today, Veronica has a full-time administrative support job that she loves and we couldn’t be happier for her. I know that her future is bright. And you knew it too! Your faith in us and in the strength of our participants like Veronica helped change lives. It really did.
We’re gearing up to do it again in 2022, so we’ll be calling on your support again soon. As always, we thank you from the very bottom of our hearts!
