Welcome to Fall Reinventors!
We’re so ready for fall, how about you? We have SO MANY awesome things planned before the end of 2024; and we have a recap on everything we’ve accomplished so far this year!
Princesses with Powertools
The princess events just keep coming and we’re living for it! Over the summer we attended events in New York, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, and Costa Rica! Some were events we’ve been to in the past, such as the Long Island Maker Faire and the Tulsa Maker Faire; but others were brand new like a collaboration with the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center in Austin, TX and the Brevard Zoo in Viera, Florida! Our princesses taught over 1300 students how to use their first powertool this summer, and the fun is just going to continue into the fall and winter months ahead!

Space Gala 2024
Up next on Reinvented’s event list is our third annual Space Gala, hosted each year in the rocket garden at Kennedy Space Center! This year’s event will be taking place on Saturday, November 9, 2024 and we’re expecting 300 women and allies in STEM to join us in dancing the night away under pink lit rockets!

Reinvented Magazine
Last, but not least, our volunteer staff is gearing up for our 18th issue of Reinvented Magazine. This issue will be themed around artificial intelligence and will feature interviews with some incredible women and nonbinary individuals working in the field on topics such as social media algorithms, ethics, policy, and innovation. This issue is scheduled to be released later this month so be sure to stay tuned for updates!
