As the year comes to a close, we’re filled with excitement for what’s ahead—and gratitude for everything we’ve achieved together. Before diving into the new year, let’s take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come as a community committed to making a difference around the world.
Since 2005, we’ve been transforming lives by supporting the reintegration of former child soldiers, with 251 individuals successfully rebuilding their futures. In March 2024, we took another step forward by launching vocational training for 58 returnees—the 12th batch in our reintegration program.
Our mission is powered by the incredible people we serve—but it’s YOU who make it all possible. Your support helps dreams take flight and creates a safe, welcoming space for those in need. Because of you, we can dream bigger, reach higher, and work harder every day.

Meet John (name changed for privacy), one of our amazing success stories. Years ago, John joined our vocational training program for former child soldiers and learned how to sew. He went on to open his own clothing shop—a dream come true!
But John didn’t stop there. Twelve years later, he returned—not as a student, but as a teacher. Now, he trains other former child soldiers, teaching them sewing skills and peacebuilding lessons to help them rebuild their lives.
“I want to help each student in their own way because everyone learns differently,” John says.
