We are delighted to share with you the remarkable progress and achievements of our "Calling on All Sport Fans" project. Your generous support has been instrumental in driving social development through sport, and we are excited to highlight the key milestones we have reached.

National Mini Rugby Tournament Viorel Lucaci, 12th Edition

This year, we successfully organized the 12th edition of the National Mini Rugby Tournament Viorel Lucaci. The event saw the participation of 5 teams and 110 enthusiastic children. This tournament not only fostered a spirit of healthy competition but also promoted teamwork and discipline among the young participants.

Support for A.C.S. Rugby Club Gura Humorului Senior Team

We are proud to have supported the senior team of A.C.S. Rugby Club Gura Humorului by providing essential sports equipment to 38 young athletes. This initiative aims to nurture talent and encourage more youth to engage in rugby.

Program Recognition

Our efforts have been recognized on a national level, as the "Mini Rugby for all" program received the Silver Recognition Award in the Community Index, under the category "An Active Life." This accolade, featured on Community Index Romania, is a testament to the positive impact we are making in promoting an active lifestyle.

Winter Cup Athletics Tournament

The Winter Cup Athletics Tournament was another highlight of December 2024, with 250 children participating. This event provided a platform for young athletes to showcase their skills and fostered a sense of community and sportsmanship.

Support for EDNAE

In our ongoing efforts to support social inclusion, we have covered the rental costs for the football field used by the Everyone Deserves Non-violence and Equality (EDNAE) Association's football team. This initiative is particularly aimed at integrating Ukrainian refugee children into the local community of Suceava.

Support for Ukrainian Refugee Children

We have also provided sports equipment to 32 Ukrainian refugee children who are part of the EDNAE Association in Suceava. This support ensures that these children can continue to enjoy and benefit from playing football, aiding their social integration and emotional well-being.

Sport for community social impact

Dear Supporters,

We are excited to share the achievements from the Calling on All Sport Fans project, which has seen significant progress over the past months. Our focus has been on bringing the joy of sport to children across Romania through a series of national Mini Rugby circuits and other impactful events.

In June 2024, we kicked off the National Mini Rugby Circuit with the Dobrogea Trophy, followed by the Moldova Trophy Brandusa Andronic held in Gura Humorului in July. The excitement continued with the Cristian Trophy, also in July, and culminated with the Bucharest Trophy in August 2024. These events brought together young athletes from across the country, fostering teamwork, discipline, and social cohesion through sport. Additionally, we celebrated Children’s Day with a range of sporting activities during our Open Day at Sports Complex 2 in June, where children from various communities enjoyed a day of fun and friendly competition.

We are also proud to announce the successful completion of the EduSport for All project, a knowledge-sharing platform designed to promote sports education and physical activity. This initiative was supported by the ERASMUS+ program (KA182) and featured a mobility scheme in Ireland that facilitated the exchange of best practices in sports instruction.

The EduSport for All project was carried out in close collaboration with the Suceava County School Inspectorate and directly benefited 66 sports teachers and instructors. These professionals, who work with approximately 9,000 children, have gained valuable insights and techniques to improve the quality of physical education and sports programs in schools and community sports groups.

The success of these initiatives highlights the growing impact of sports on social development and community engagement, helping us achieve our mission to make sports accessible to all. We remain committed to expanding these efforts and are grateful for your support in making these programs a reality.

LPS Suceava are the chanpions

Dear Supporters,

We are delighted to announce that in March this year, LPS Suceava emerged as the Romanian champions in the U20 Junior category. This outstanding achievement is a testament to the talent and hard work of this generation of champions, who have honed their skills through the Rugby for All program. The team, composed of a dynamic mix of athletes from Suceava and Gura Humorului, exemplifies the success of our program.

Our heartfelt congratulations go out to the athletes and their coaches. Their dedication and guidance have been pivotal in achieving this remarkable success. We remain steadfast in our commitment to supporting and promoting high-performance sports at the grassroots level. We firmly believe in the transformative power of sports in children's lives. Engaging in sports fosters physical fitness, instills discipline, and promotes teamwork and perseverance—values that are essential for personal development and success both on and off the field.

In April, thanks to the DOORS project, we hosted the Rugby Networking event, bringing together the community that supports our initiatives across all age groups, from youth projects to senior team sponsors. We believe that community gatherings are vital, as they provide a unique opportunity for our supporters to engage directly with the programs they help fund and witness the real-world impact of their contributions. These events also reinforce the importance of community involvement and collective support in nurturing young talent and promoting the values of sportsmanship, respect, and camaraderie.
