Dear supporter,
We are proud to present what we have been up to recently, sport and rugby wise.
Recently, we have reached the eight-year mark since the official launch of Te Aud Romania (TAR) foundation. Within this time, we have served over 37,000 direct beneficiaries through a variety of projects, gathered in countless events to help children and young people develop harmoniously and prepare them for adult life.
We truly believe that sport can build stronger communities and be a tool for social development. and we will continue to focus on sport for social impact programmes and interventions.
Sport can build stronger communities and become an amazing tool for development. As such, we have recently launched Sports for change guide – the first attempt on the Romanian market to provide organisations and communities across the country with methodology and good practices in order to increase the social impact of sports in Romania.
In January, we have started the series of Mini Rugby for all Sports tournaments, with the first one taking place in Putna, organised by Mitropolit Iacob Putneanul Secondary School, for 115 rugby athletes.

Te Aud Romania launches Leadership Together in partnership with Beyond Sport Foundation, a project which aims to equip sport technicians with much required abilities in order to further promote the role of sport and enhance its part in building a better future.
Our focus is to address sport volunteers as well as sport technicians at the same time, who are dedicating time and energy to deliver sport programs to vulnerable children and youth.
The training includes several modules, such as sport for social good, sport for social impact, how to work with children and youth with PTSD, as well as vulnerable groups and PR & Communication in sports.
The entire course will be delivered over a 3-month period, with a minimum of six eight-hour sessions or 12 four-hour sessions, depending on participant availability. Drop a line if you know someone from Suceava county who should be in the programme.
Being a grassroot organization is not always easy, we can’t employ a one-size-fits-all-approach to address all issues discovered on the field, but we struggle to bring hope for those truly in need. And for this, we thank you for your goodwill and implication with Te Aud Romania. Sometimes, all we need is a check-up email, empathy and encouragements.
