Here is a photo from our project, "Expand and supply a school for 3,000+ Afghan girls"!
The school liaison that Ayni hired is regularly visiting the school, taking photos, and keeping up with the students as they graduate. The liaison interviews the girls to understand the impact that your dollars have on her life. As our school liaison gathers these stories, we translate them from Dari to English for our donors to gain a deeper understanding into the lives of Afghan girls attending our schools.
Due to the extreme weather conditions in northern Afghanistan, we have been conducting general maintenance on the school, and have re-painted some parts of it. The design and implementation of the computer center is moving along. The equipment has been purchased, and course curriculum is being designed.
We are continuing to raise funds for construction of the driveway and sidewalk leading to the girls’ school. Thank you for your support through GlobalGiving!
