Tato, 12 years old, is about to enter 7th grade at Pai Wittayakarn School. He grew up in a struggling family: his father was in prison, his mother was ill and passed away, and his siblings moved away. Tato often lacked food.
At 9, he was invited to church and Saturday school, where he received food and care. Although his father was released from prison, he returned to drugs and alcohol, worsening the situation.
Last year, the church and Saeng Arun Center offered to help Tato, coordinating with the government to provide him with a monthly stipend of 2,000 baht until he's 18, allowing him to continue his education.
Now, Tato is grateful to God. He practices singing, plays music, and is improving his life. He's excited to start at his new school and meet new friends.
