Dear Friends of the Foundation,

So much has happened globally since our last report. We hope you have all been keeping safe through the Corona virus pandemic.

This report contains the recent projects and other development undergone by the foundation to provide insights to our vision, which is to provide holistic care for cancer patients in Africa.

First, we are pleased to announce the citing of a new clinical center for the foundation at Surulere, Lagos where adequate and quality treatments can be afforded for cancer patients. The location of the new center, is such that, it is situated in a central area which makes it easily accessible from various routes.

Also, the end of May 2020 saw the foundation embark on a new project which was aimed at donating over 10,000 masks to cancer patients and their caregivers across Nigeria in order to avoid the spread and also limiting cancer patients from being exposed to coronavirus which could seriously affect individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer.

Alongside these developments, we have been active with  St. Cyril Initiative for Patients’ Support (SCIPS) and  have helped 3 patients with their treatments, with funds gotten from The GlobalGiving Program and Pink Oak Foundation. However, four (4) more patients currently need assistance and we humbly request that you forward this report to family,  colleagues and friends as we are currently running low on funds to help these patients in need.

Lastly we are pleased that Moji Animashaun, our Executive Director recently became an Alumnus of the Cherie Blair Foundation Mentoring program as a mentor who contributed to the global community.

Thanks to all of you. The important work we do will not be entirely possible without the help you render and we sincerely do hope to hear from you soon. Please stay safe.

Warmest regards,

Moji
