1. Implementation progress
The main work of this month's project is to apply for the activity manual from Autumn semester 24 to Spring semester 25 and deal with related matters. The main matters are as follows:
1) Recruitment officially begins on September 1
On September 1, the application for the Mental literacy course for the Fall semester of 2024 was officially launched. Through the combination of tweeting, previous community publicity, enterprise & wechat circle of friends communication, inviting excellent teachers and other public welfare organizations to help promote, the communication effect is remarkable.
2) Community formation in early September
Establish a 24-25 school year Rici activity manual application group for teachers who apply for the first time, and publish relevant application links, application notes, and follow-up notices in the group. During the application period, continue to answer questions and provide assistance to teachers in the group; The approved teachers can enter the 24-25 school year Rici teacher communication group, in which they will share electronic teaching resources with teachers, including PPT online links, video/picture download links, and guide teachers to conduct a series of operations such as express check, signing slip upload, course feedback, so as to help teachers better carry out the new school year curriculum.
3) Teacher audit from September 2 to now
The teacher audit task began on September 2. Different screening schemes were developed for different applicants. Applicants are teachers who have successfully completed the course in the past, and can pass the review directly by filling in the application form; The teacher who applies for the first time needs to go through the process of adding Xiaoci enterprise wechat, entering the community to obtain the application link, the application form review, and the telephone review. In this process, the staff judges the teacher's confidence in starting the class, whether the amount of class hours is sufficient, and whether the class closing standards can be reached, so as to confirm the list. In the telephone review of individual teachers, we invited the support of 18 outstanding teachers in the past, who participated as collaborators to promote the review progress, which greatly improved the efficiency of the review of individual teacher recruitment.
· As for the recruitment of individual teachers, as of September 26, 600+ valid application forms have been received, 530+ individual teachers have passed the review, and 26,000 + students have been enrolled in total.
· Regarding the recruitment of county teachers, the communication between the partners has been completed, and the registration of county teachers is also being carried out one after another in September.
4) Preparation of teaching materials in early September
In August, determined the suppliers of teaching production and curriculum packaging, and prefabricated the teaching package in advance; In mid-September, according to the registration situation, the course will be printed to the publishing house; contact the person in charge of Beijing World Hengrun for course package and material packaging;
5) The activity brochure will be mailed from September 20 to now
On September 20, the course package and material package have been sent out one after another; On September 25, the list of teachers who passed the review was publicized, and some questions related to mailing and signing were answered during the mailing period, such as wrong pieces, missing pieces, reissue pieces, distribution methods, etc. As of 6 PM on the 26th, about 80% of the individual teacher activity manual packages have been distributed. In the process of continuing to receive the course package, the project is also replenishing the wrong delivery and missing delivery in time, supporting the teachers to get the course package and start the class for the children smoothly.

When the teacher entered the classroom wearing a magic hat, the children were overjoyed. Although excited, I was very focused. The children were very happy when they introduced themselves and their hobbies.

After the book was distributed, the students were stressed to take good care of books. The children who got the new book were very happy! There are some differences between the teacher's manual and the student's manual. The second level is listening in the student's manual and listening in the teacher's manual. The third level student handbook has been changed to "Smile at others, do not laugh at others."
The challenge of restoring sentences was a little difficult, and students could not complete the one-minute limit level, and only a few students could write it if the time was extended to three minutes, so tips were added in subsequent classes. The good sentences of the student group have "thinking to be positive, activities to be invested", "you have to raise your hand to speak", etc., it is not impossible, I said that there is no absolute right or wrong in the psychological class, and encourage students to have their own thinking. Some students use the modified symbols learned in grade three to write the answers on the courseware, which is very cute.
The quiet command is set before the lecture and the students are used to it. The command is to imitate the teacher's high five rhythmically and then sit down. I hope that I can use the password with "no hostile determination" and repeat it again and again patiently to form a tacit understanding with the students. Encourage password set to (student name)you are so good Both the complimented and the complimented students are a little shy, so I tried a few times in this class, complimenting some students on their ability to look at others while complimenting them, and encouraging others to do the same.
"New Semester Crossing" does not show the teacher's demonstration in the courseware, afraid of limiting the students' thinking, but simply lists a lot of possible content, prompting students to write sentences as specific as possible, so that the teacher can ask "if the change really happens, what can you do for yourself now?"
