Dear Supporters,

Thank you for your continuous support with the work we do at Chance4all.

We are excited to share with you our latest report and exciting stories from the Chance4all team in Lusaka.

Since January, Chance4all has been busy and continued its activities with a series of workshops: Starting with its annual workshop with the parents. It was a wonderful opportunity to hear parents’ feedback and to talk to them about the progress their children have made and also to remind them that their support is also essential to the success of their children’s education.

We had two workshops on "Menstrual Education and Sexual Reproduction Health"; one was held in Bauleni the community we served, and the other one took place outside our traditional area in State Lodge. We are excited to report that more schools outside Bauleni area are reaching out to Chance4all to deliver these workshops to raise youth awareness on such critical topics such as:

  • Contraceptives and Reproductive health
  • Mental health awareness
  • Menstrual health, hygiene and myths associated with menstruation
  • Introduction of menstrual cups and reusable pads (their benefits and maintenance)
  • Gender Equity
  • Climate change

At the end of the workshops the following items were distributed to the girls and Boys:

  • A set of 5 re-useable pads (only for girls)
  • Washing powder
  • Bathing soap
  • Toothpaste and toothbrush
  • Snack pack, fruits, and juice.

All workshops were well attended by our members, and we had amazing feedbacks from parents and teachers.

Thank you for your support and thank you for believing in the power of education!

Regards,
Chance4all Team
