Empowering Maasai Women: Skills for Livelihoods

We hope this message finds you well. At Patinaai Osim, we are thrilled to share with you our 2022 Impact Report. This report showcases our achievements and progress towards our mission of empowering women, children, and youth.

Throughout 2022, we continued to implement projects in our four pillars, focusing on education, sustainable livelihoods, sexual and reproductive health, and environmental sustainability. We are proud to say that we achieved significant milestones in each of these areas.

We are thrilled to report that we made a positive impact on the communities we serve. Some of our most notable achievements include drought response, drilling five boreholes to support our communities, supporting 305 learners in our education program, and being awarded Community-led Impact! during this year's #ReimaginED and Metis Education Innovation Summit. We also supported 200 women with affordable sanitary kit training and successfully involved men in our projects, with 100 men committed to supporting our projects in women and girls' rights.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our donors, partners, and supporters who have made our work possible. Because of your generosity, we maintained a strong financial position, which allowed us to further our mission and achieve our goals.

Looking ahead, we are committed to continuing our work to support, empower, and give a voice to the rural Maasai community. We will continue to collaborate with our partners and stakeholders to achieve our mission and make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
