From cotton wool to cancer tests, your donations through GlobalGiving to Two Worlds Cancer Collaboration have a direct impact in the lives of Sri Lankans accessing palliative care.
The purchase of sterile cotton wool may seem insignificant, but it is as essential to care as covering the $20 cost of blood work for cancer patients.
As Sri Lanka continues to emerge from the 2023 socio-economic crisis, the country has again been affected significantly, significantly, by the cuts to global aid.
For the more than 4000 patients in the Northern Province alone in need of palliative care, access to care often means making difficult choices, prioritizing family needs over urgently needed care.
Thanks to you – our generous donors – our partner organizations continue to provide supportive and compassionate care in Northern and Eastern Provinces.
From all of us at Two Worlds Cancer Collaboration – Thank you!
