Help the Stafford Family on the ground in Tanzania to bring a safe place for children to play in a poverty striken township. By allowing children to play we can shape their minds and change future generations for years to come. This project is fully self funded. Currently most of the children in the community, are child labours and they have the responsibility of us, adults. Most of the children work from dawn to dusk, take care of their younger siblings, collect firewood for cooking, fetch water, and work in the farm or herd cattle.
This playground will be a safe space for the kids to be kids, a place where they get to imagine, create, connect and develop mentally and physically.
The intention of this project is to support children's mental health. Through that children can grow to their fullest potential, it will reduce violence in the community, and create a community gathering space.
