Alianzas estratégicas para ampliar cobertura
Este año Punto Crea han iniciado actividades para ampliar su cobertura y poder llegar a localidades donde los jóvenes necesitan acompañamiento para desarrollarse. Punto Crea continúa identificando socios estratégicos y lanzando campañas de recaudación, para conformar redes que le permitan ser más fuerte y sostenible. En los pasados meses ha establecido relaciones con la Secretaría Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (Senacyt) para desarrollar actividades conjuntas en los clubes de ciencia que Senacyt impulsa en comunidades rurales de Guatemala. También ha iniciado conversaciones con autoridades en municipalidades de Antigua Guatemala para establecer Puntos Crea en varias aldeas.
El logro más concreto en el curso de 2025 ha sido la alianza con la Municipalidad de Guatemala a través de los centros de aprendizaje MuniTec de la zonas 3 y 21 de la ciudad capital. Esta colaboración permitió el lanzamiento del curso “Introducción a la Programación para Microcontroladores”, que permitirá a 105 jóvenes de escuelas primarias fortalecer sus habilidades STEAM y sus conocimientos de programación, electrónica y robótica. Esta alianza, alcanzada gracias a su continuo apoyo, permitirá que Punto Crea se extienda a más jóvenes en las áreas periféricas de la ciudad de Guatemala.

Strategic alliances to expand coverage
This year Punto Crea has initiated activities to expand its coverage and be able to reach localities where young people need support. Punto Crea continues to identify strategic partners and launch fundraising campaigns, to form networks that allow it to be stronger and more sustainable. In recent months, it has established relations with the National Secretariat of Science and Technology (Senacyt) to develop joint activities in the science clubs that Senacyt promotes in rural communities in Guatemala. It has also begun conversations with authorities in municipalities in Antigua Guatemala to establish Puntos Crea in several villages.
The most concrete achievement in the course of 2025 has been the alliance with the Municipality of Guatemala through the MuniTec learning centers in zones 3 and 21 of the capital city. This collaboration allowed the launch of the course "Introduction to Programming for Microcontrollers", which will allow 105 young people from primary schools to strengthen their STEAM skills and their knowledge of programming, electronics and robotics. This partnership, achieved thanks to your continued support, will allow Punto Crea to expand to more young people in the remote areas of Guatemala City.
