The civil war that broke out in Sudan in April 2023 has displaced millions, leaving them without access to essential resources. As the conflict persists, food, shelter, and hygiene supplies remain out of reach for many, forcing them into a daily struggle for survival. Children, women, and the elderly are among the most vulnerable, bearing the brunt of this ongoing crisis.
Through the Sudan Emergency Relief Project, YEÇED, in collaboration with local partners, continues to provide life-saving humanitarian aid. Our efforts include:
Hot meal distributions to combat hunger.
Hygiene kits to protect health and dignity.
Essential supplies to support displaced families.
However, the crisis is far from over, and humanitarian needs are growing daily. Stability has yet to be restored in Sudan, and millions remain in urgent need of assistance. At YEÇED, we are committed not only to immediate relief but also to strengthening resilience and mitigating the long-term impact of this humanitarian catastrophe.
