We want to express our sincere appreciation to individual donation in supporting the women as an income generation project in Yendi basically training by empowering them to become self-reliance and to put them in good position to support.
Our goal is to help the women to improve, capacitate, expand and sustain soap production in about 12 different smaller communities made up of 1500 women to alleviate poverty and ensure their well-being..
The project aim at providing them with production facilities as a center, equipped them with modern tools and raw materials needed for soap making. This at the end will enable the women to end some income to support the family and empower the women.
Enough of funds could not be raise so the little we had was used to purchase some additional raw materials for storage. The good news is that with the materials we have we can small production meaning our next report we will more on soap productions and not just buying and stocking raw materials.
We want to appeal to individuals, business people and kindhearted to keep supporting our project. These will help empower our vulnerable women especially maintaining coexistence rather than migration.
