Support rural education in Argentina

As we move forward into 2024, we are thrilled to share the incredible strides we have made in supporting rural schools and communities in Santiago del Estero (Argentina). We kicked off the year by distributing school kits to over 400 eager students across 9 rural schools, ensuring that each child has the essential materials to embark on a successful academic journey.

Our commitment to integrating technology in education shines through our ICT workshops, benefiting 76 enthusiastic children and 7 dedicated teachers from 3 rural schools. We didn’t just stop at training; we ensured that the technological devices in these schools are fully functional and ready to enhance daily learning activities.

One of our proudest achievements is the EduWater project at the rural school in Rama Paso. By upgrading the rainwater collection system and the school's cistern, and donating a state-of-the-art clay water filter, we have secured access to clean drinking water for the community. The impact extends beyond infrastructure as we conducted enlightening workshops on potable water consumption and hygiene, empowering children, teachers, and families with vital knowledge.

Looking ahead, our dedicated Health team is meticulously planning their next mission to the rural communities, set for August. The excitement is palpable as we recruit passionate volunteers and gather all necessary resources to provide comprehensive medical care in these remote schools.
