This academic year has been a hugely exciting one, with the return to in-person lessons, the launch of our new website, and the running of our national Instrument Donation bank. The culmination of this hive of activity was the return of our annual performance, with nearly 200 children performing together after a year’s hiatus. It was a very special evening.
The concerts bring a real sense of community, and “it's really good to see other people; it's good to see the children come and prepare themselves and then really get to enjoy the moment as well”. A Nucleo parent.
“When I played in my first concert in front of all the parents it made me really happy. I was nervous because it was the first time my Mum would see me playing in front of lots of people. It made me feel proud.” A Nucleo student.
Please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to see the filmed performance. In the meantime, thanks to your support, we are able to continue to transform lives through music. On behalf of all the talented young musicians at Nucleo, thank you.
