In the past months, Fundacion Maritere has reached a total of 83 low-income rheumatic patients that are not able to cover the expenses of their treatment. They have received medicine, physiotherapy, medical attention, and psychological and nutritional guidance. In total, since october 2022 $160,971 mexican pesos have been employed to buy medicines to give them without cost to support their treatments. In specific, Reyna has demonstrated an importance advancement. She has been constant in receiving the integral attention provided by Fundacion Maritere and has been able to start walking without the help of a wheel chair and has now started knitting as a hobby. Patients such as Reyna, that are able to recover mobility, are the milestones that we have as a foundation.
