Justavino joined the program in March 2022 and graduated in December 2023.He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business at the Technological University of Panama while working as an SP Sales Associate at Adidas.
His passion for marketing and sales drives him to create meaningful impacts in his field. For Justavino, Transición a la Vida was a transformative chapter that continues to shape his path forward. Reflecting on his experience, he shared: “The program helped me develop teamwork skills, improve my social abilities, and gain tools to face challenges with greater confidence. It also allowed me to better understand myself and align my professional goals with my passions.”
Roxana graduated from Transición a la Vida in 2018 and has achieved remarkable milestones in her journey. She is currently pursuing her dream career, working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching Chemistry, and serves as the Director of Key Accounts and International Relations at Meetings®Panama and Viajeros®Listos, companies in the MICE and tourism sectors.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Roxana enjoys crafting, reading, and teaching, which she describes as her true passion. Reflecting on her time in the program, she shared: “Transición a la Vida has been a transformative experience in my personal and professional journey. It gave me the skills to interact with society confidently, communicate assertively, and manage my time efficiently. The program also prepared me for life’s challenges and opportunities, marking a defining before-and-after moment in my life. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.”
Both of them are dedicated volunteers, actively supporting our mission and inspiring the next generation of beneficiaries.
