Dear Friend,
Thank you for being part of our rural community story. We are happy to provide this update and thank GlobalGiving for allowing us to share our project with a greater global audience.
The Tribune Building Project is about more than just redeveloping a physical building. We have centered the project around empowering our residents and creating a vibrant hub of much needed economic growth for our community and surrounding area.
Our current work includes:
• Pursuing a Public Market concept to expand entrepreneurial opportunities for an inviting resident and visitor experience in our downtown. Our positive feasibility study has now progressed into the next phase of developing a full business plan for developing the market.
• Finding ways to utilize the building to highlight our beautiful riverfront.
• Expanding upon initial rooftop concepts for additional uses.
• Pursuing additional funding sources and grants.
• Connecting with diverse groups to create a place for authentic multi-cultural experiences.
• Partnering with experts who have years of success in bringing public market plans into reality.
Your continued support is vital to help our community make the Tribune project a reality. As a contributor to this campaign, you play a critical role in creating a bright spot in downtown Wisconsin Rapids. This will be a hub for entrepreneurial growth, multi-cultural collaboration and celebration, and a place to spark hope for a brighter future for our community and beyond.
Thank you for your ongoing support as we continue advancing, refining, and advocating for everything the Tribune stands for in creating a community that works well for all.
With much gratitude,
Kristopher Gasch, Incourage Board Chair
Betsy Wood, Managing Director
