These are some of our favorite things at Imani Collective, as they are key to building self efficacy in our artisans and setting them up for long-term success. And through our artisan celebrations, we get to do just that!
By awarding "Artisan of the Month", holding birthday parties, and making sure to carve out time to uplift and celebrate one another, we are able to care for our artisans' social and emotional needs. We have seen the powerful role that a supportive community plays in empowering individuals to rise above poverty, and the ripple effect it creates for those around them. Thank you for supporting our holistic care initiatives that are bringing so much joy to others and truly transforming generations in Kenya!
