Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project helping the very poor especially farmers and artisans affected by Typhoon Ursula. The typhoon was particularly devastating to those who were devastated by Typhoon Haiyan years ago. Recovery is very poor and there is a need for continuing support to affected families who have difficulty in making ends meet. This reporting period, we are able to provide hygiene kits and food packs to 1,300 families living in 3 barrios in Ormoc City and in Albuera. Our team is composed of local volunteers and staff who are very knowledgeable about the area and our operational success is excellent. Hoping that we are able to generate additional funds as we focus our efforts to implement home vegetable gardening activities.
