Dear friends,
We are happy to share an update on how your donation has helped children's hospitals in Ukraine.
We have purchased the following essentials:
for the NICU and Palliative Care Unit of Kyiv City Children's Clinical Hospital #1. The total worth of the help provided is UAH 59900 (USD 1638.02).
Attacks against civilians and crucial infrastructure continue, and as winter settles in Ukraine, conditions are expected to worsen with regular power cuts and water shortages nationwide. Health professionals are working in tough conditions. This, combined with massive underfinancing from the state, paints a dire picture for children reliant on healthcare services.
Children's hospitals must now rely on charity donations to provide children with medical care. Hospitals are desperate for help: from medicines to supplying wards and surgeries with life-saving equipment, there is not enough money to purchase everything needed to save lives.
BKC is committed to providing Kyiv City Children's Clinical Hospital #1 with ongoing support.
We are very grateful to you for helping Ukraine's children's hospitals. Your valuable contribution is deeply appreciated and is helping to save lives.
Thank you for standing with Ukraine!
Warm regards,
Natalie Blinder
