“Protect our players, protect our game”
We are an impassioned community of experts, fans and players united by our love of sport and the desire to not only protect the integrity of each game but of players of all ages.
Our “Love of the Game” initiative seeks to unite fields of sport, technology and academia, to identify, invest and implement innovative solutions to mitigate the health risks arising in many sports which are loved by fans across the world.
The collective passion, goodwill and inspiration of the group aims to reduce, manage or cure concussion related injuries.
We have gathered the support of 500 individuals of which a third are current or former players in football, rugby, boxing, snow sports, horse racing and martial arts. Alongside a number of sports federations and players welfare associations, important universities and tech investors, we will be running our first technology design sprint, or “HAKATHON” on 26th - 28th March 2021.
