On January 22, 2025, with great joy and a strong sense of achievement, our young participants returned to IKM Testing to present the progress of their educational journey and to share their professional dreams.
The visit provided a meaningful opportunity for dialogue with experienced professionals, resulting in enriching and inspiring conversations. These interactions encouraged thoughtful reflections on the current job market and the diverse possibilities for the future.
This moment proved to be highly valuable—fostering learning, promoting mutual exchange, and strengthening the connection between our youth and the professional world they are eager to join.
We were honored to be selected among 70 NGOs to participate in the first phase of Conexão Terceiro Setor, an initiative organized by SEBRAE.
This initial gathering took place in Rio de Janeiro and brought together NGOs driven by inspiring and impactful missions.
The event was an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties and create new connections that support the growth of our institution, as well as to receive training related to different aspects of governance and fundraising.
We also had a brief moment to present our organization to all participating NGOs, increasing our visibility and engagement with the broader third sector network.
We were invited to participate in the Productive Inclusion – Decola Cria event, organized by SENAI Firjan. It was a truly inspiring experience.
The event brought together youth, collectives, and organizations working in underserved communities, fostering rich exchanges and transformative connections.
Being present in that space allowed us to broaden our horizons, discover powerful initiatives, and strengthen our operational network.
We left the event feeling motivated and full of ideas to continue empowering youth and promoting productive inclusion in our territories.
On March 31, 2025, we had the honor of participating in the Dialogues with UNICEF, FIRJAN, and Companies of Rio de Janeiro, at the invitation of the event’s organizers.
The meeting facilitated a critical discussion on the role of the private sector and social organizations in creating opportunities for children, adolescents, and youth in the state.
The exchange of experiences and perspectives among diverse stakeholders was essential for developing more integrated and effective solutions.
Our participation not only offered valuable insights but also opened up real possibilities for partnerships and collaborative projects.
