Celebrating Silent Heroes through Documentaries

By Patrick Smith | Program Manager

Water, Air and Food Awards

Everyone needs to know the work of Silent Heroes.

Production of the first episode of our video series titled Silent Heroes is expected to be ready the first week of October.

We are planning a gala event for the premier.

Our mission with Silent Heroes

There are a lot of people who do a lot of innovation to help local communities.  But a lot of times, these people do not receive any recognition. They’re the silent heroes. We are determined that it would be really great to acknowledge them, to give them some assistance so that they can have the encouragement.

When you’re out there in a tiny little village, and you’re doing some really good work, but there’s nobody to encourage you. And a lot of times, people just lose out on the inspiration. So it’s really to inspire the good in people. And that was the idea behind the WAFA Awards and the Silent Heroes video series.

Thank you for your support, we never underestimate the power of acknowledgement.
