Watch Ibrahim Story!
Many Syrian children like him have never known a time without war. For Ibrahim, the conflict has stolen his childhood, affected his long-term physical and mental health as well as his prospects for the future. Many children caught up in this crisis have lost family members and friends to the violence, and suffered physical and psychological trauma.
Children refugees with disabilities are among the most isolated, socially excluded and marginalized of all displaced populations. At SEMA, we are addressing the needs of these angels injured or living with disabilities like Ibrahim, by ensuring access to physical and functional rehabilitation services as well as psychosocial support.
It is high time to increase inclusive humanitarian and development aid and support for Syria. THEY RELY ON US.
