Syria’s ongoing conflict and harsh winter conditions have left thousands of displaced children without adequate clothing. With temperatures dropping below freezing, many children face serious cold-related illnesses, further worsening their already fragile living conditions.
The Winter Clothing Support for Children in Syria project provides essential winter clothing to thousands of vulnerable children in camps. Each child receives a set including wool scarves, beanies, gloves, lined raincoats, and shoes, ensuring protection against the cold and reducing health risks.
While this initiative offers critical support, many children still lack proper winter clothing. Continued assistance is essential to expand relief efforts and safeguard more children from the dangers of extreme cold.
