After an auspicious closing of the year in 2022, where we managed to complete 42 workshops offered to the women of Villa Ojo de Agua (Santiago del Estero, Argentina), we started this new year with a lot of enthusiasm and new ideas to improve the future of women entrepreneurs.
Throughout January and February we had meetings with the project team and defined a work plan for the year. Thus, we have already scheduled 38 handicraft classes to be delivered at our headquarters in Villa Ojo de Agua, in which more than 50 women will participate. At the same time, we have agreed to start the entrepreneurship management training (online sales and digital marketing) in June, once these women have completed the first stage of the activities.
And there is more: the handicraft classes have already started! On Saturday, March 13, the first productive workshop was held, in which 15 women of all ages participated! On the other hand, on Wednesday March 15th we will start with the weekly amigurumis workshops, to which 20 women have already signed up!
We are very excited about this new year of the Women Empowerment project. Our team has worked very hard to offer the best activities for women in Villa Ojo de Agua. We look forward to your continued support! Thank you for joining us!
