“zoom in! Self-Empowerment for Relocated Youth from Artsakh” project has given me an opportunity for career orientation and self-discovery. It has taught me to always follow my dreams.
It made me self-confident.
My next step after the program will be to deepen my knowledge of my profession, consider around and realize the advice of my coaches and friends.
My brightest memory of zoom in! is when we should tell about our future, I imagined mine, got inspired, and my desire to achieve my goal increased even more.“
During this time Armenian HR Association managed to earn two badges on GlobalGiving: GlobalGiving recognized our organization as an Effective Nonprofit for our efforts to learn, improve and grow our impact, and our organization has demonstrated a high level of engagement with the GlobalGiving community.
