Classes start March 2nd

Hello Friends,
We are working hard to be ready to start 2019 school year on Monday, March 2nd. We added 2 new classrooms, a group of volunteers from USA are here painting and fixing everything to make a nicer schools for our students.
We have 15 new students that participated in the one week Before School Seminar last week.
We also received a donation of 15 tablets to start the program "TRAIN FOR EMPLOYMENT" with 290 different courses for our students. All teachers will be trained to use these courses and our students will be better trained and more technological. We are excited!

Our Students are Happy

Folkloric Fair
This year we have seen a big change in many of our students. We can see that they come to school with a happy face and they are more integrated and willing to participate in different activities.
On September 1st, we celebrated the folkloric fair and each grade had a kiosk representing one province of Panama. It was grate. They learned a lot and they taught us many aspects about the culture of each province.
If you plan to be in Panama City by December 20, plan to visit us at 3:00 in the afternoon. We will have commencement and you are invited.
The students appreciate that now they have one hot meal at school every day, and come on time, and you see that they enjoy the time eating together. They look more sensitive and grateful.

CAMPAIGN TO COVER TUITION AND FOOD EXPENSES

Thanks to your commitment to Juntos Podemos, now we have 89 happy students, who are motivated and optimistic in completing their middle and high school.
Every day, before classes, they come to our dining room. Those of the evening shift receive lunch and those of the night shift receive dinner. A meal is very appreciated by them.
Your support has transformed their lives!
We continue to work to get jobs for some of them who need income to support their families or contribute at home. Good news: This week the Trade Alliance Corp. hired 2 of our students.
