More than 55% of children in the remote region of Jharkhand in India lack adequate nutrition. Together, we are changing this horrific statistic with an innovative solution:
Small-scale kitchen vegetable gardens are a practical, sustainable way to equip villagers with the means to grow their own nutrient-rich food.

At Karuna-Shechen we are very excited with the results of this campaign so far, and with additional support from global-funders like you, we can help more families grow gardens. Our new goal is to assist 1,000 families.
