Warm greetings and thank you very much for your support to our initiative rainforest biodiversity improvement. Our country is at the center of much biodiversity but sadly this is destroyed by natural and human causes. People encroach the forest area which is where biodiversity is mostly concentrated and this encroachment destroys much of flora and fauna present there. The need to preserve and protect biodiversity is foremost and educating poor farmers is imperative. During this period, we start to launch the project in 3 upland villages and our focus is promoting tree growing especially valuable fruit and timber trees. We are able to distribute during this initial phase a total of 300 seedlings and inform 25 farmers who received them the proper way to grow and protect the seedlings.
