Thank you again for previous donation to the Covid 19 and Food Inequality fund for Utila. Most our our funds from this campaign have been spent, and remaining funds have been being used to assist with medical resources for the clinics and direct food health for families in need. There was a small spike in cases after Semana Santa, and we're working with the clinic to replenish medical resources they will not be able to obtain with their existing or governmental funding.
Tourism is remains slow but is busier than it was earlier this year, helping reduce the need of supplemental food to many of the familes we have previously provided assistance to.
We hope that we are near the tail end of the pandemics worst impact, but we remain vigilant in monitoring the case load and needs with the doctors and local authorities on Utila.
