During this time Armenian HR Association managed to earn two badges on GlobalGiving: GlobalGiving recognized our organization as an Effective Nonprofit for our efforts to learn, improve and grow our impact, and our organization has demonstrated a high level of engagement with the GlobalGiving community.

We have started the implementation of the “zoom in! Self-Empowerment Program for Relocated Youth from Artsakh” thanks to your friendly hand.

We have managed to organize the program for two groups of relocated youth from Artsakh aged 14-16 who have successfully passed the program and have wonderful results.

One of our program alumni, Maria shares: “I am Maria, 17 years old. I am from Artsakh. “zoom in! Self-Empowerment Program for Relocated Youth from Artsakh” has given me the opportunity to get to know myself better, taught me not to lose confidence in life, to act clearly and convincingly, and the most importantly - not to give up. 

The program helped me to become more confident in me. A cheerful mood that should accompany me in hard or good times. 

My next step after the program is to strive for more, which will be the starting point for a brighter future. My brightest memory from the program is that I was able to make a good impression on my trainers and friends. And I would like to work with the same teammates again in that environment.”

Do you know how big this achievement is for Maria? She was convinced that her choice was right and she should go with her dream. She is going to become a Gastroenterologist, regardless of all obstacles!
