By Bernie Jones | Project leader
Hello Friends,
We have just visited our partners in Tanzania, and the communities in and around Terrat, to see how things are progressing. The news is fair - it is the middle of the rainy season, which for the first time in 4 years seems to be "normal" (the three years before were each disrupted with, respectively, too little rain, too much rain, and no rain at all). This is a great relief, and everyone is busy with their crops and planting.
The clinic and other community facilities continue to make gradual progress. Although our fundraising has been slower of late, we continue to support them where we can, so if you are able to share this project with friends and family, we and the communities in Simanjiro will be very grateful.
Best regards, and many thanks
Bernie
